[Solved] Hackintosh won't boot and ports have stopped working

I recently updated to Sierra, last night I left my computer on and today when I turned on my monitors my computer was on but there was no picture, it also appeared that my usb devices that were connected - keyboard and harddrives - were recieving some power but not working, the harddrives were blinking white whereas they are normally solid white. I held down the power button, when I tried to restart it, the harddrive would begin spinning and then it would shut off after a couple seconds and try to start itself again, after it did this a few times I unplugged it. When I plugged it back in, the harddrive started spinning and it started up except neither of my monitors are getting any signal, and the harddrives are still blinking white. When I held down the power button again to shut it down and started it up, then the whole cycle began again. Does anyone have any idea what is going on? is something terribly wrong?!

I ended up resetting the cmos and it worked, no idea why... I didn't see if it would happen again if my computer went to sleep but I might in the future, for now I just set the computer to never sleep.
