The System Profiler is now recognizing GTX 460.
Solution was running Multibeast3.1 and installing
via a "USERDSDT" replacing the "EasyBeast" install.
Then rebuild & repair.
After confirming that the GraphicsEnabler was set
in Extra/com.apple.Boot.plist, I manually deleted NVEnabler 64.kext
from Extra/Extensions/.
Then rebuild, repair, reboot.
Card recognized. All screen resolutions available.
Thanks

Greetings,
using iBoot 2.6
multibeast 3.1 > Easybeast
GA X58A-UD3R rev 2.0
EVGA GTX 460
OSX 10.6.6
Problem was only resolution option 1024 x 768.
I first used NVEnabler in multibeast, but that still did not give me proper resolution.
I then used "TonyMacNvidiaUpdate." Then rebuilt caches & permissions, and rebooted to all resolutions available. Great!!
However, "Graphics/Displays" in "about this mac" is not recognizing the evga GTX 460,
though full resolution options working.
"Graphics/Displays" shows "unknown nVidia card" w/ 0 vram.
I read in forum that some had solved this problem by removing the NVEnabler.
I found and removed "NVEnabler 64.kext" "extra/extensions", rebuilt, and rebooted
to only 1024 x 768 option available.
I then replaced "NVEnabler 64.kext" in "extra/extensions", rebuilt, and rebooted.
Now all display resolutions available again.
Any suggestions on how to get the GTX 460 recognized?
Thank you!
