[SOLVED ] El Capitan USB installer is not in the bootable devices list

Well, okay. But it was my last thought after my tries.
I tried all the available methods available.

I'll be able to use another Mac on Sunday. I'll report back here.

I found a thread where a guy had the same issue - he was trying to make a bootable El Capitan installer for his macbook - and in the comments someone stated theres a known issue when El Capitan is just incapable of making the usb bootable eventho the Terminal copy was succesful. And it was confirmed by a developer who works at Apple.
So my next move is, making a pen on another mac.

I have never seen this issue before.
I am using a MacBook now with El Capitan and have used it to make numerous USB installers without any problems.
