[Solved] El capitan installer hangs, at IOconsoleusers gio screen lockstate 3

I am trying to install El Capitan on my machine, on this machine Sierra is already installed and working.

My hardware is:

• dq67sw mobo
• 8gb of ram
• gtx 750 ti 2gb
• one usb sound device (unplugged)
• i5 2320 @ 3.0ghz

I will include an image of this occurrence.

Things I have tried include ...

Using the nvidia disable parameter
Updating clover
Using optimal bios settings
Taking out my graphics card and booting from integrated graphics

Would appreciate the assistance, sierra is too slow on my mechanical harddrives and I would prefer this verison, because I used it some years back and am somewhat familiar with it.
