may I ask how one can disable it permanently? Clover boot options won't do since the tables pop up again the next time I boot macOS. Many thanks in advance!

edit your config.plist and remove -v from Arguments

Hi there. That -v boot argument is not present in my config.plist but it is present in boot options in Clover. Do you know where those extended boot options are hiding?

the boot options is just reading the settings in your config.plist

press F11 at the clover boot screen to reset nvram
