Hi Edd1024
What about Powermanegement on Mojave ? on my XPS 9350 i7 6560U intel Iris 540 Powermanegement on 10.13.6 is working throttling all the way down to 0,5 Ghz using SMBios Macbook 9,1 and great battery life
PM is very good. It is in the CPU, nothing to do except to pick a proper SMBIOS. I deactivated all switches and no need for additional SSDTs. All good actually. However I never saw the CPU speed going down to 0,5GHz.

OK, when I try Mojave (SysDef MBP 14,1), it won´t go under 1,3 GHz, and battery life is very bad.
I´ve tried go the cpufriend way and generated a cpufrienddataprovider.kext
(in clover/kext/other along with cpufriend.kext) but no luck.

Here´s screenshots from my 10.13.6 (SysDef. MB 9,1)

CPUFriend had no effects on my system as well so I removed it after some time. And to be honest I stopped looking for battery time after I got everything working. I'm just using it now and it's OK. It's not stellar but it's also not new anymore, so the battery might be showing some wear.

But good to know, that 10.13.6 maybe suits this laptop better. I'll keep that in mind.
