El Cap 10.11.4 is installed and functioning. I'm currently trying to get the DSDT/SSDT situation straightened out so I can get some power management, brightness control, etc.. The errors are easy to correct in everything but SSDT-2 (I'm sure these are easy as well, but it's not clear to me how to proceed). I went through and tried to correct the syntax manually, error by error, but when I was down to the last error, correcting it just introduced an error explosion so obviously I'm doing something wrong. I'm attaching the original, Clover-extracted aml files as well as what I have for error corrected dsl files. I've done no patching at this point. If someone can point me in the right direction where SSDT-2 is concerned I would appreciate it! Thanks!

Disassemble with refs.txt per guide: http://www.tonymacx86.com/el-capitan-laptop-support/152573-guide-patching-laptop-dsdt-ssdts.html

Hi jhax01,
could you please share any tutorial/article to install mac on XPS 12 9250?
and also share your config.plist?

I have tried with Clover 3577 with config.plist from
https://github.com/RehabMan/OS-X-Clover-Laptop-Config/blob/master/config_HD520_530_540.plist
without any success. always stop after loading BootCacheControl (playlist) no such file or directory.

I follow step-by-step on http://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-booting-the-os-x-installer-on-laptops-with-clover.148093/

or may be you are not using Clover?

thank you.

Sorry, I don't have the Dell anymore and unfortunately didn't hang on to the EFI folder. I tried both the UHD and FHD versions of the 9250 but was only able to get OSX installed on the FHD version. Rehabman's advice in the other thread of an invalid FakeID is the best course of action tho.
