Intel UHD 620+Nvidia MX150(Optimus & disabled),
8GB DDR4,1TB Sata HDD+128gb hynix M.2(NonT NVME),Audio Realtek ALC3246,Qualcomm QCA61x4A 802.11ac Wireless Adapter

attached EFI folder+config_HIGH_SEIRRA_TESTING.plist that works for me in high Sierra with clover edit Fackecpuid-906E9
I just purchased a Dell Inspiron 7370 and, even during the installation of macOS, the trackpad and keyboard stop working. After I plugged in a mouse and a keyboard, and the system was installed, the trackpad and keyboard were still not working. Any ideas? Thanks!

Use the gen_debug.sh tool mentioned in the FAQ, that way it is less likely you'll omit something.

Trying to get this working on a new Inspiron 7472. Did a basic install of 10.13.6 High Sierra, ran Multi Beast then before rebooting, I replaced the EFI folder with the one attached in the 1st post, and replaced config.plist with the one attached in the 1st post. Is that the procedure, because when I try to boot, I get an error (almost immediately) "OsxAptipFixDrv: Error - Requested memory exceeds our allocated relocation block" and the boot ends.

Not looking for troubleshooting of the error as much as if my method of replacing EFI folder and config.plist is correct?

Can you show me an easy way to install UHD 620 via kext utility .

No idea which kext you're referring to.
The FAQ contains instructions for properly installing kexts with Terminal.

That FAQ is for booting the USB installer. I'm way past that. I have HS installed and it actually booted, but of course, most things don't work. I wanted to take the OP's files and swap them with the ones in my EFI partition. As I said, when I do that, I get the error "OsxAptipFixDrv: Error -- requested memory exceeds our allocated relocation block" almost immediately upon boot with the -v arg.
