Installing this IO80211Family kext worked. I hope that I don't have to reinstall after every macOS update, but suspect I will.

I just want to say thank you to the posters on this thread. After not having my hackintosh working for nearly 9 months, I got it up and running again on Mojave and nearly everything was working except ethernet and wifi. I followed this thread and the directions on this thread re how to install kexts and successfully installed the same kext as mentioned above . . . and now my wifi works and I have my computer back. Thank you.
