[SOLVED] Copy of apfs.efi failed - please advise

I continue to get this error, even after successfully running the diskutil command. I have a Mojave installer, but cannot download a "newer" one as it is no longer available in the App Store. Anything else to try to get Mojave onto my USB stick?

Thank you, I will try this on my MBA to make a Mojave USB. I was unable to find this when searching the App Store (only Catalina came up).
