Hello,
I built a hackintosh a year or so ago and it had been working wonderfully until my onboard video stopped working. When i tried using the second port of my EVGA GeForce GT 740 2GB my system slowed to a crawl.

I'm using version Sierra 10.12.6.

Should that card be powerful enough to run the 2 monitors? DELL P2412H Display and a wacom Cintiq DTZ-1200W/G

if not what would be the best card to purchase to run the cintiq? Money is an issue so I don't want to buy something that is overkill for the use.

Thanks!

Looks like your Card can run 3 monitors. Your Dell is only 1920 x 1080 pixels.

RESOLUTION & REFRESH

  • Max Monitors Supported: 3
  • 240Hz Max Refresh Rate
  • Max Analog: 2048x1536
  • Max Digital: 4096x2160

Yes, I found that my corsair H60 cooler had sprung a leak and was dripping on the video card. I cleaned it up and it's working fine now. Went to a air cooler.
