[Solved] Can't get bluetooth working on IOGear Bluetooth 4.0 Adapter

I've tried almost everything. I got it working temporarily using Rehab man's stuff. But it stopped working randomly. Please help!

Sorry about that. Added to my profile. Also solved my problem. I had an onboard WLAN unit with BT that was preventing the IO gear from working.
