[Solved] Cannot load AppleIntelInfo.kext to check speedstep

I followed this guide to generate a ssdt for CPU power management : https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/quick-guide-to-generate-a-ssdt-for-cpu-power-management.177456/
But I got this when load kext

Solved this with disabled SIP
 
What does disabled SIP mean?
