country code problem, or antenna installation problem.
No "Problem Reporting" files attached.
Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting" again. Carefully. Attach all requested files/output.

Looks like country code is not a problem.
I do have any antenna attached to the wifi card. This might be the problem.
