Shows up on the USB hs11. Ive tried changing the connector type to internal (255) but that has not
worked. running latest high sierra on the same board as immediatly under my profile

Ive got the exact card on a sandy bridge rig on el capitan and all works.

That BT controller should be native:
Code:
NUC6i7KYK:~ rehabman$ grep 33423 -R /System/Library/Extensions/
/System/Library/Extensions//IOBluetoothFamily.kext/Contents/PlugIns/BroadcomBluetoothHostControllerUSBTransport.kext/Contents/Info.plist: <integer>33423</integer>
/System/Library/Extensions//IOBluetoothFamily.kext/Contents/PlugIns/IOBluetoothUSBDFU.kext/Contents/Info.plist: <integer>33423</integer>

All I can come up with short of what Ive already done (added changing ports around) is I have opensuse installed on the system.
I will boot from that and see if I can get some drivers.

Got the same output with that command BTW if I was supposed to.

Booted into opensuse and BT worked so not a hardware issue.

Maybe fresh install?

Edit: Should have done fresh but just installed over and it still showed up
