Have sucsessfully (in part) a dual boot Sierra build working, However.
On first boot I alway have to use Nv_disable-=1 to get the system started, reboot and it works without the flag.
I have the (up to date) Wedriver for my GTX760 installed and I believe the plist correct, but still no luck.

Sierra 10.12.2 (16C67) iMac14,2
MSI Z97 Gaming5 - i7 4790k 4.0 GHz
4 GHz Intel Core i7
Nvme 950Pro 512GB (Sierra and Win10)
16 GB 1333 MHz DDR3
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 2047 MB
Dell U3415W 3440 x 1440 @ 60 Hz

<key>Arguments</key>
<string>slide=0 dart=0 darkwake=0 npci=0x2000 nvda_drv=1</string>
and
<key>NVidia</key>
<false/>
and
<key>NvidiaWeb</key>
<true/>

Also not working is Bluetooth:
Card Type: AirPort Extreme (0x14E4, 0x133)
Firmware Version: Broadcom BCM43xx 1.0 (7.21.171.68.1a4)

The GTX760 has native support - There is no requirement to install the web drivers.

Thanks P1LGRIM,
So are you suggesting:

<key>Arguments</key>
<string>slide=0 dart=0 darkwake=0 npci=0x2000 nvda_drv=1</string>
and
<key>NVidia</key>
<True/>
and
<key>NvidiaWeb</key>
<False/>

And to uninstall the Webdriver?

Think I tied this, but had problems with the Dell U3415W Ultra wide resulution 3440x1440@60Hz
(Hade many problems to get to the stage, and still got a few to go)

I am suggesting that there is no requirement for the web drivers with a GTX760.

Would you mind giving me some advise what to change in my plist to get it to work without the webdriver,
don't like to mess it up (again).

What's to mess up ? Save a copy of your config.plist and you will be able to get back to where you started.

Is npci=0x2000 a peculiarity of your MSI board ?
BTW your specs should be in your profile as per the Rules.
You don't need nvda_drv=1.
You don't need to select NvidiaWeb as you're not using the web drivers.
