Use the tool mentioned in the FAQ, that way it is less likely you'll omit something.

Here you are.
I also updated Clover with Clover Configurator but the problem still persist.

I'm unable to deactivate BT and to connect to other devices.

For the sleep/wake problems if you can give me any tips I'll be happy: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/slow-to-wake-up-gpu-fans-spinning-faster-after-sleep.242111/

USB configuration looks better (now you're only injecting 14 ports, so at least you're within the 15-port limit).
But the UsbConnector values are wrong.
For each SSxx port with UsbConnector=3, there should be a corresponding HSxx port with UsbConnector=3.
You have no HSxx ports with UsbConnector=3, but have several SSxx ports with UsbConnector=3, so clearly the HSxx UsbConnector values are wrong.

Power properties not injected.
You can set config.plist/Devices/USB/Inject=true to get legacy properties.

Then also read here:

This is with new SSDT. BT with the same problems.

In config.plist/Devices/USB I have already "Inject" on "true"

quick side note for anyone else reading through this thread. None of this will work if you have built in BT on your mobo. I made the poor decision of getting the aorus gaming wifi z370 and the system was defaulting to the internal BT instead of my dongle(s) or wifi/bt card. I followed this very simple guide to get it working.

I set up uia_exclude=HS08 under boot flags after detecting which port it was using with ioreg. And voila! it suddenly worked.

FANTASTIC!!!

I have been searching for the reason behind my BCM94360CS2 Bluetooth not working. I have tried just about everything to get it working to no avail. Then I saw jspalding's comment about the Z370 motherboard and the HS08 USB port. I checked the IOREG and found that the onboard Intel chip was there! I tried to "EXCLUDE" it, but I could NOT get that to work, so I took by motherboard apart and removed the Intel board and reinstalled my MOBO. Everything NOW WORKS!!!!

My setup:

Running 10.14 Mojave
Gigabyte Z370 Aorus Ultra Gaming Wifi motherboard
Intel i7 8700k 3.7ghz overclocked to 5.0ghz CPU / Geekbench at 27580
AMD Radeon RX580 8gb GPU
Patriot Viper PC4-2400 3000MHz DDR4 Ram (64gb)
Corsair H55 Water cooled CPU cooler
Broadcom BCM94360CS2 Wifi/Blutooth 4.0 in PCI-e adapter
Corsair CX750M Modular PSU

Thanks so much!!!
