[Solved] BCM94360 Not Working After Mojave Upgrade

IO80211Family.kext is provided by Apple and installed to /S/L/E via the macOS installer.
I have no idea why you would remove or replace it.

It was no longer there when I updated to Mojave...

Got it working. I removed Lilu.kext and AirportBrcmFixup.kext. All I needed to do was put IO80211Family.kext in /L/E.

Sound to me that you've messed up your install ..... IO8211Family,kext is installed by default in all versions of MacOS including Mojave, if it was missing from /S/L/E then AirportBrcmFixup would not be able to patch it hence no WiFi .... I think putting IO80211Family in /L/E will mess up system integrity as MacOS will be expecting it in /S/L/E.
