[SOLVED] After successfully installing it crashes at system load

[PROBLEM]
My specs:
Aorus Z390 Elite
Intel core i7-9700k
Ssd nvme samsung 970 evo plus
Rog strix vega64
Ballistix sport 16gb 3000Mhz

After installing the system without problems, the first time the system restarts loading, it becomes very slow and hangs on this screen, the mouse responds to commands and if I click any key on the keyboard, it flashes on the screen. The EFI has been prepared consistently with the system, I can't understand what the problem is!

[SOLVED] It's an efi problem, I simply redid the pen with the original unibest efi and it went right away.
PS. try changing your pen!
