Tonight unknowingly sunk my stable build of OS El Capitan with recent update build.

Motherboard Gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3 ATX LGA1155

Swapped out old 8GB RAM and added in 32GB RAM 2133Mhz GSkills. Upon booting operation failed to boot, old memory settings still set, big error here on my part, redid optimized UEFI BIOS U11, set Profile 1 for 2133 but still cannot boot into OS X again.

Swapped SATA cable for my Windows 8.1 build and recognizes all 32GB RAM without issues.

Is it timings, bad memory or mobo memory slot?

Anyone had similar issues? Stuck on how to regain access without starting a new build all over again. Have backup files but no update or recent LR edits or recent photos/docs/videos/bookmarks/etc.

Update: SOLVED 2/3/2017

El Capitan does not want to run the RAM @ 2133 using Profile 1 or Profile 2 in Memory BIOS settings. Make sure to load optimised defaults, AHCI SATA settings, VT-d (if you have) and CPU EIST Function is disabled. Leave RAM settings on disable rather than on a Profile. Make no other changes and reboot. Should reboot at default 1600Mhz and fully recognized 32GB RAM.
Windows 8.1 recognises all 32GB RAM. I'm sure it can run at 2133Mhz rather than 1600Mhz.

I purchased 2133Mhz RAM for it to only run at 1600Mhz. I paid 150 for these sticks. Well CPU upgrade is next. Hopefully that goes smoothly.

Anyone knows why it won't run @ 2133Mhz? Am I missing some Multibeast function or kext?

Looking at the Kernel Panic, for AICPUPM, since native power management isn't implemented seen by ACPI_SMC_PlatformPlugin on your system. It would be an idea installing either of the sandy bridge i5 SSDT's for your i5-2500K from MultiBeast. This may allow you to run your memory at the higher frequency in El Capitan. Definitely worth a shot.
