Moin,
i have updated to 10.11.6, updated Nvidia-Driver, after Restart only one Monitor.
I have two Monitors connected via DVI. Also I have change smbios 15,1 to iMac14,2 (work well before)
no change. My clone-HD with 10.11.5 work well.

Try booting with nv_drv=1 might be the wrong flag. If it wont work still, use nv_disable=1 and try installing different drivers.

Start with nv_disable=1 its the same, only 1 Monitor. But I tray this evening the Nvidia-Beta-Driver

Now it works with the new Nvidia WebDriver-346.03.15f02
