Ok I have a somewhat minor problem and before we get started here is a link to my hw spec's

Basically, I can get it to install w/ iboot and w/ a busratio of 22, but after I install easybeast (with and without the 10.6.3 update) it decides to lockup and refuses to boot or boots and have no usb.
Followed this guide except used the iBoot cd

What can I do to get a stable system so I can finally dump microsoft for good. If I have to I can purchase a correct motherboard from tiger again (and have this one for a spare) but I cant replace the core i3 processor.
Any help would be greatly appreciative.
