Each thing works OK, the DigiDesing is a kext installed by Pro Tools and is a kext really necessary
I did a clean uninstall of Pro Tools, add the edited DSDT, install the patched AppleHDA.kext from Multibeats 4.4.1 and restart
After install the Pro Tools, restart the machine and without kernel panic and with Audio HDMI working
