SMBIOS and GPU Performance

I have a GTX 470, and I understand that the Mac Pro 3,1 SMBIOS does not include proper power management for Fermi cards. However, if I use the Mac Pro 5,1 SMBIOS, my GPU performance is terrible. I can play Diablo 3 at the highest settings using 3,1, but I can barely run it on the lowest settings using 5,1. Is there a way to get good GPU performance out of this card and good power management? I'm running 10.7.4 and the lastest version of Chimera.

If you use 3.1 profile AGPM has no powermanagement settings for your card - so your card is running at full power all the time. If you use 5.1 profile there are settings, but wrong ones.
If you want to use the 5.1 profile edit the correct settings http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=266036 for your card in AGPM or simply delete AGPM.kext - which I did.
