SMBios 19.x - iMacs 2019

So we need the special build or 14.5 beta to run 19,1 or does the boot argument -no_compat_check do the trick?

Other users have already installed the version currently (18E2034) used by iMac 2019 , however they have not been successful so that the i9 9900k are recognized natively, we need more research and help from the community to see what is happening with this.

I have this configuration and is working with Simbios Macmini 8,1. But when i change to iMac19,1, i get
"This version of Mac OS X is not supported on this platform.”
Does anybody know how to fix this problem?

You need macOS 10.14.4 build (18E2034)

I updated my system to 10.14.4 and added in config file this:
“<key>Boot</key>
<dict>
<key>Arguments</key>
<string>-no_compat_check</string>“

Ps: The only thing remains to fix is CPU unknown in About this Mac.

10.14.5 beta 1, iMac19,2 works perfect. No need -no_compa_check. Imessage, facetime, icloud all work.

Hi.
I noticed something strange in clover configurator. When i select Smbios iMac19.1, the description of CPU is Intel Core i7-9900k @ 3.60 Ghz, And my cpu is i9-9900k.
Could this be the reason why in About This Mac show unknown CPU?
There is no i7-9900k made by Intel!

No.

There is no i7-9900k made by Intel!

It is just a typo in Clover Configurator, it has no effect on anything.
