I've got one of these in a non-hackintosh APU system for my dad- his computing needs are limited to just email, browsing, and watching youtube. This PSU was perfect for that system! Can't comment on the doubling up though. I had pre-ordered and there were some initial delays, but these days that's basically the expectation.
