Small O.C = high temps Asus 370Z

Hi Guys. What could be happening here?

A small overclock.. like 47x and 1.34 vcore are giving me 89º

Delided chip + h110

With no OC i've got 70º on load

I've tried another version of FakeSMC with no luck

If u use a 1.3vcore and 46x multiplier you get 88º
I've changed the H110 and nothing..

No overclock = 65º
