Slow internet speed mVextreme

Having a strange problem with network speed only getting like 250kb/p/sec way down from my normal 16mb...
After a long 30 hours of trial and error finally got mavericks to install on my ASus Maximus v extreme.
I72700k mush kin redline 2100mhz memory nvidia 770 on samsung evo ssd
Used unibeast USB method to install per directions (great job) and multibeast for kext update.. Weird that it works but at less than a quarter speed.. I tried using the advanced setting in network pref to change to 1000/t but then it just turns the network off?
Runs at 100 base t setting but nothing higher or the network just goes red
Which kept is best suited for the mVExtreme? I know not many use this board , but it's what I have
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated... Everything else works just as my mac systems do would love if I can get this fixed too

Ok how about hypothetical fixes?? Lol
It's crazy that it works but at such a lower speed
I knowing mentioned manually setting net speed in previous post is working at 100 base t but it's not getting anywhere client to 100mb like I said 256k at best...
Could really use some help or direction, I don't ever want to have to look at windows again...

Got the AppleIntelE1000e.kext to work Im now running 1.3mbps... took a few different kexts but it running awesome now..
