Slow boot and HDMI screen tear XFX Radeon AMD RX 570 RS XXX

Installed a new card the other day and whilst it is working I'm not convinced how well. I'm using the system for audio production to video - no gaming.

On boot I get a slight glitch on apple screen. Then clover menu takes much longer than previous scanning entries and checking hardware. If all 3 screen are on HDMI glitches / tears and then stabilises.

After some googling I tried activating RadeonDeInit in CC but on next boot this made the graphics card do an extremely loud fast spin for about 5 seconds and then idle..?

Any ideas?

Whatevergreen, Lilu and FakeSMC all in kexts/other on EFI (as well as Library/Extensions - I think they were put there by multibeast)

macOS Mojave 10.14.6
be quiet Straight Power 11 550W PSU
Monitor connections - 1 x HDMI, 1 x DP, 1 x DVI

run some gpu erformance tests and check your system information if metal is on on your gpu
if you have glitch before mac os it is nothing with SW
