Сlover setup for UEFI boot only directly from SSD on EI Capitan

Hi all!

After successfully upgrade to EI Capitan from Yosemite using Clover-USB I can boot with same USB or direct from SSD when I place in Bios -> UEFI und legacy then system boot without problem,
but If I place in Bios Only UEFI than I can't boot directly from SSD


Please help for setup for boot directly from SSD with option Only UEFI on Bios
my motherboard is GA-Z77X-UP5TH and SSD Intel 480GB have 2 partition and 1 EFI:

0: GUID_partition_scheme *480.1 GB disk0
1: EFI EFI 209.7 MB disk0s1
2: Apple_HFS Macintosh HD 99.5 GB disk0s2
3: Apple_Boot Recovery HD 650.0 MB disk0s3
4: Apple_HFS IntelSSD 379.6 GB disk0s4

Take a look at this thread. Stork has a really great build going and he's got a great guide for that mainboard.

I suspect that one or both of your OSs has been installed in Legacy mode.
