Tried on a extreme 4 p67 it doesn't work. There wasn't any dsdt anywhere, and i did install multibeast with user dsdt... I did put my patched dsdt in extra folder, no change.

It doesn't seem like it's loading dsdt at all. Also my HDD are all seen as external.

Doesn't work properly on ASRock Extreme3 Gen3 with the patched BIOS from http://www.tonymacx86.com/viewtopic.php ... S&start=50 . It boots, reboots and shuts down fine.
Sleep probably works- at least, the monitor and fans all shut off, but waking up there is no gfx (using HD3000 with the DVI), so can't tell - fans and drives come awake and speed up so I assume it wakes. Now if I can just get the HD3000 back when it wakes. Any suggestions, anyone?

Yeah thats about the same I get with the Extreme3 Gen3 except I am using a GTX 550 Ti, still the same results though.

Nice to see someone with this board at least!

Hi,with new bios v.2.10 sleep/wake works without any mods in SL,but with Lion system wakes in 1m and 15s and in 3-4s if install AppleACPIPlatform.kext from SL.The bad news is that,there is this USB Notification: The device "HubDevice" @ 0x1d100000 has caused an overcurrent condition. The port it is attached to has been disabled.I wonder if other asrock z68 mobos have this problem with new bios.

For Asus it seems that you need to delete as follows:

Method (WAK, 1, NotSerialized)
{
\_SB.PCI0.LPCB.SWAK (Arg0)
\_SB.PCI0.NWAK (Arg0)
\_SB.PCI0.LPCB.S1RS (Arg0)
/*\_SB.PCI0.LPCB.SIOW (Arg0)*/
}

After this patch I did not need the SleepEnabler.kext. However Speed stepping is not yet working on my mobo.

Have you got a SSDT? Recently i fixed my firiend's build Asus P67 Speedstep issue by adding SSDT to extra folder. He is getting 8 states now.

Yep, tried with OC and i5 SSDT and later also injected it to DSDT to keep things more clean. Well actually I have speed stepping now, but only the low (16) and high (42) multipliers working.
I have patched AICPM.kext as I do not want to fiddle with BIOS patching. KoalaMan suggested to use plain vanilla AICPM.kext with 12.2. .plist fix, but it gives me KP (perhaps because I do not have patched bios).

To get more than 2 pStates using the model identifier imac 12.2
you need to patch the stepper program.It's all explained in my little guide.

viewtopic.php?f=14&t=34583&p=217384#p217384

Having exactly this problem with only 2 states with 12.2. Does your fix work also with ML? The patches I've tried earlier do not help with ML nor does the patched one from Mieze.

I fixed Sleep/Wake on my ASRock Z77 Extreme 6. Just deleted this line in DSDT \_SB.PCI0.LPCB.SIOW (Arg0)
I have the latest BIOS 1.9, patched by Samisnake.

Thank you so much!!! also works for the Z77pro3 with Samisnake's modded 1.60 Bios !
