See plists for HD3000 (6-series, not 7-series) in the guide.
You will notice the injections in config.plist/Devices/AddProperties.
Your config.plist is missing.
HD3000 is native, but you have to configure it correctly.

Not correct.
None of the properties are injected.
config.plist/Devices/AddProperties (IntelGFX) has no effect without config.plist/Graphics/Inject/Intel=true

Wrong. You entered the Value for AAPL,snb-platform-id incorrectly.
Compare your plist to the ones from the guide.
Why didn't you use copy/paste?
