Sleep not working, Latitude E6510(same hw as E6410)

I can't, it resets the log because I have to hard reset the laptop, it completely freezes.

Ok, that's different... your laptop is probably hanging/crashing when attempting to enter sleep.

Not the same as what you wrote in post #1.
 
Yes I'm sorry. That's my problem indeed. Speedstep check? I don't know if it works. Or DSDT patch?

It could be anything. DSDT patches needed, DSDT patches incorrectly done, power management incorrect, problems with Nvidia driver, other bad kexts installed, etc...
 
I know this is an old thread, but for people who land here looking for an E6410/E6510 sleep solution, google "Latitude E6410 Mojave." I have posted my solution there (as user tonyx86).
