Sleep Issues with BT on BCM94352Z

Hi guys. I wonder if anyone can help me...
I have a BCM94352Z on my laptop, and wifi works fine, and so does the BT, except for when it wakes back from sleep that it shows unavailable
And to get it back normally, I have to reboot the machine. I have tried different guides, but I always end up with the same issue, so my guess is that it's a problem on my configuration.
Hope i'm attaching the necessary files, that was dumped from the Problem Reporting Tool.

I have already adjusted my DSDT for the USB port limit, but how I do change it from being detected as USB and become native/built-in?? I suppose that way it would work without that issue, no?

If you don't have five usb 3 port, your usb injection is not true.

Sorry to bother, but I just need to adjust the USB 3 ports? Or the other ones also need adjusting?

you have to create new SSDT-UIAC-ALL.aml for your usb configuration. I know it is seems little bit hard but don't be hesitated just do it =)

I did that. Removed all unused USB ports from the DSDT and applied the SSDT for the USBInjectAll.kext.
And yes, I do have 4 USB3 ports, since the SS04 belongs to my SD Card Reader. Let's see how it goes.
Ended up with only 9 USB ports on the laptop, way below the 15 port limit
Hopefully everything will be fine now. Thanks a lot for your patience. I will update the post, if my problems redeems solved. Just a final question, as you can see in the IOReg, my BT doesn't show as built-in. Is that correct, or do I need to change that as well? If so, any guidelines?
