Hi, i have yosemite installed on my hackintosh.
It doesn't go to sleep mode. When you hit sleep it is starting to sleep the devices but at the end that it stops the fans its starting again so it doesnt sleep.
Also i dont find the hibernate.
Do you have any idea? Maybe any device that wakes up and it needs any kext?
If you need any information for my system let me know...thank you

Put the OS X into sleep, once it is automatically waked up, then open the console.app (Applications > Utilities > Console) and select the system.log (From the left side pane). Search for "wake reason".

Make sure that you have Wake-On-LAN disabled in your BIOS.
Disable System Preferences-Energy Saver-Wake for network access.

Hibernate does not work on a Hackintosh, disable it in Terminal :
Code:
sudo pmset hibernatemode 0

Try booting with darkwake=0

See what is preventing sleep in Terminal :
Code:
pmset -g assertions

i m gonna try. For sure i have wake up on lan enabled on bios because i was using it. I m gonna disable just to see if this is the reason..i m gonna update as soon as i try..

i disabled both from bios and from OS and it went to sleep. But when i press the power button to wake up it is like it was off so the computer starts from the beginning...weird.. :p

Do you have Automatic Time-Zone setting disabled? My hac would not wake from sleep, disabling the auto time-zone got it working.

i have it enabled. On yours it is working when you disable this?
