SL 10.6.8 combo update grey screen?

I just built a hackintosh and I install 10.6 using (http://tonymacx86.blogspot.com/2010/04/ ... -x-on.html) and it worked fine then I used this tutorial to upgrade to 10.6.8 for sandy bridge 1155 (http://tonymacx86.blogspot.com/2011/07/ ... -1068.html)
After that I reboot and my computer is screwing up and when it boots to the snow leopard drive it just stops at the greyscreen and doesn't move. Why is this happening.

(p.s. I've tried it by using the command -x PciRoot=1 also)

Specs:

Gigabyte GA-Z68A-D3H-B3
Western Digital 1TB
i5-2500K
Intel 3000 on board graphics.
Corsair TX 650 V2
Corsair H80 water cooling
Corsair vengence 8GB ( only using 4 during installation process)

Did you run UpdateHelper and reboot before installing the 10.6.8 Combo Update?

It happened the same... Before it finish upgrading it appears the grey multilanguage message "You need to restart bla bla bla...".

Oh I see... Forgot to reboot V_v'

I have to reinstall everything from scratch again, right?

Yes here is the process I did:

I ran multicast and only checked the custom DDT option and I had my motherboards DDT on the desktop.
After that I restarted
Then I installed 10.6.8 combo
Then I restarted from he'd

I think I was supposed to do multicast and the 10.6.8 at the same time huh?
