Skylake Motherboard Suggestions

Hi. I am looking at building a Skylake Hackintosh with a 6700K. I am aware that there is a relatively low selection of confirmed working boards for LGA1151. I have seen boards like the Maximus V series, but I don't like red. I was wondering if anyone had direct suggestions for cheap, yet good motherboards known to work with El Capitan, and hopefully capable of running at least 2 way SLI. I have looked at the GA-Z170X-UD series, but I have seen some questionable reviews about components being dead on the UD3, and less, but still existent reviews on the UD5. Does the UD5 work with OS X? If so, I might consider it. My case is a full tower, blue if that helps with anything.
