Take a look at the selection in the Graphics Cards section of the Buyer's Guide. It has all the connections documented on each card so depending on budget you can decide on the right card with the right connections for your monitors.

Will we have the chance that sleep/wake will function in the futur or is it a lost cause ? I made a mediacenter where I can't put a GC but a mediacenter that won't go to sleep is a bit of a pain ...

Pretty much any nVidia card works. I am currently using a GT 730 fan less card.

I've bought a Nvidia GT 730 to solve the graphics issues with the HD530. Most annoying is the screen not waking up after sleep. Could you inform me what I need to check in multibeast to get it to work?

I have (had) the same problem with my Gigabyte Z170MX-Gaming 5 and GTX 960 over DisplayPort. I haven't had yet the time to figure out the cause of this issue. My workaround is to hit the keyboard/mouse repeatedly till the display comes alive. Also staying on a key works, but this might be dependent on the key repeat settings. A single click won't fully wake my machine/display as mentioned. So I certainly see an analogy to waking up some people
