Hello everybody!

I recently build a new rig containing the Asus Z170 Pro Gaming Mainboard together with the i5 6600k Skylake CPU.
I installed the newest BIOS (1204) and got curios about the changelog:
"1. Support MAC OS".

So what does that mean? As fat as I am informed (maybe I am not up to date), Skylake is not officially supported by Mac OS. Also I have not seen any Skylake Guides yet.

I contacted the Asus Live Chat support and got this answer:
Asus: "The CPU microcode was updated but you will need a 3rd party software to install MAC OS on the PC."
Me: "So there is the possibility to install "Hackintosh" on this mobo?"
Asus: "Yes, there is. Once the BIOS version 1204 is installed."
Asus "I am seeing some rumors that the processor supports MAC OS but nothing official."

What is your opinion on this? Am I able to easily dual boot with Windows 10 now with two SSDs?

Cheers, Nico.

El Capitan 10.11.1 Supports Skylake Processors.
