Pico PSU paired with an Xbox 201w brick

I want to make the most compact, powerful, (bang for buck) classic, badass computer I can!
As of now the parts are on their way, I'll start documenting my progress asap

Started hacking away at the massive heatsink. I picked up a nice $5 hacksaw at a neighborhood garage sale, easier than expected! Shame to destroy though

I used an angle grinder with a masonry disk and blew through it lol. its what I had

Wait, does the ASUS card fit perfectly? I always thought that the card had to be less than 6.7". It would make everything so much easier if the limit isn't 6.7".

Yup it fits perfectly, its the same length as the motherboard

Yup, it fits as snugly as physically possible lol.
Gigabyte's new lineup of Mini-ITX GTX 1060, 1070, and soon to be 1050 are also 6.7"

My pico PSU arrived so I did my best assembling it. Sadly I forgot the latch inside the shell and it hits the graphics card and bends it severly. I'll have to figure out a better way to mount it...
