Here, in the simplest of terms, is the method for retail Mac OS X Installation using iBoot, UniBeast, MultiBeast without access to a Mac. If you have access to a Mac, use the default UniBeast guide on it's own.

1. Purchase Snow Leopard Retail DVD
2. Use iBoot + MultiBeast to install Snow Leopard
3. Update to Snow Leopard 10.6.6
4. Purchase Lion Application from Mac App Store
5. Prepare UniBeast USB
6. Fresh install Lion
7. Post installation using MultiBeast

Hope this helps.

Really Simple

EDIT: IDEA: Add links to names, for example, when you say, Use iBoot + MultiBeast to install Snow Leopard, add a link to the "iBoot+MultiBeast" part. Like this:

Use iBoot + MultiBeast to install Snow Leopard

That's what I've always done. I'm lucky cause I got the 10.6.0 Snow Leopard Retail DVD, not 10.6.3, and my computer doesn't work with this one.

How easy this is now thanks to you and the guys Tony. It's so easy setting up a mac, windows is a pain in comparison. I have now gone 100% mac with the help of you guys. thanks and keep up the good work. :D

There is a quicker option if it's available to you: (what I did anyway) :D

1-3: Find a friend with a Mac
4. Purchase Lion Application from Mac App Store
5. Prepare UniBeast USB (using friends Mac)
6. Fresh install Lion
7. Post installation using MultiBeast

Thanks for this "reminder" and simple guide !

It's been a week that I am waiting to meet a friend with his macbook, to create a USB stick with UniBeast. (I sold my both macs, before thinking/knowing about TonyMacx86)

I was not even reading about iBoot + MultiBeast, that I could do from my wife's PC.
Great! I have something to do this week end.

(trying on a Dell Precision M4300, let see if it can work. At least to have an OSX, until I can build my first Hack Mini.)

Man, Tony you're so nice

That is very simple, once one knows the procedure, but there is always a personal work of search to achieve to obtain this result.
Still large a thank you with Tonymac and Macman and has all those which took part in the development of this great project.
