Thanks Adrian.

I found a copy of this file, but no change, still stuck in a login loop.

This problem does not seem to be limited to Hackintoshes. People with real Macs and iOS devices are suffering from all manner of odd problems. It seem quite common to have problems, manage to fix them somehow, only for another problem to show up soon after. Apple really need to get a grip of this, without users needing to update to iOS 7 or Mavericks. Lets hope that Apple find some magic dust soon.

i have an even odder problem. i am able to log in to imessage and can see messages in iMessage as they are sent from someone to me or by me from another idevice like iphone. however i cannot actually send a message in iMessage, it simply comes back with a red exclamation point.

was happening on 10.8.2 and continues even when i updated to 10.8.4 with re-run of multibeast, updated chimera, etc and many reboots.

anyone have any suggestions?

I am also having the same problem.

It started a couple of weeks ago, and all of my other devices are working fine. Mac Mini, iPad, and iPhone. I hope someone finds an answer soon.

Hey guys - I don't know, if mixing up tools like MultiBeast and ChameleonWizard makes sense,
but the following has completely fixed any of my iMessage login problems (s. screenshot). Simply check the FileNVRAM.dylib in the Modules section.

iMessage will send and receive messages as expected!

However, if I turn on Bonjour in iMessage, my network connection drops immediately and is never coming back.
Disabling Bonjour in iMessage again, will have a normal and fully working HackMac after reboot.

Weird...

In order to recover deleted imessages, there are two feasible ways available for you, you can have a try of iPhone Data Recovery the following steps:
Method 1: Recover iMessages from iTunes Backup Files
1. Extract iTunes backup file
2. Preview and recover deleted iMessage from iPhone

Method 2: Recover iMessages from iPhone Directly
1. Connect your iPhone to the computer and scan it
2. Preview and recover deleted iPhone iMessages
When finishing all the steps, there are chances that you can get all your iMessages back smoothly.

The NVRAM solution worked for me! Awesome!

NOTE: If you still can't log into iMessage or FaceTime, try xzenue's FileNVRAM solution version 1.1.2 from here http://public.xzenue.com/downloads/ This module is no longer packaged with Chimera by default. To use, put FileNVRAM.dyib in /Extra/modules and reboot.[/QUOTE]
