Hello,

I recently made the upgrade from Yosemite 10.10.3 to Sierra 10.12.4.
After many hours of tinkering with Clover, I finally have everything working and the machine is even more solid and reliable than before.

However, It will only successfully boot every few tries (3 - 6 attempts)

The issue is always:

OSXAptioFix2Drv: Starting overides for \System\Libr.......
Using reloc block: no, hibernate wake: no
Error allocating 0x15adc pages at 0x000..... alloc type 2
Couldn't allocate runtime area
Boot failed, sleeping for 10 seconds before exiting...
_

Relevant things I have tried:

- Replacing OSXAptioFix2Drv with OSXaptioFixDrv (This would not boot AT ALL)
- Replacing OSXAptioFix2Drv with OSXAptioFix-free2000.drv (Nothing changes, only boots every 3 - 6 attempts)

Can anyone please help me solve this issue? I have searched for an answer but haven't been able to find anything that fixes it.

System:
Clover 4075 (latest version at time of writing)
iMac 14,2
GA z97x UD7 th
i7 4790K
EVGA GT 740 (NVIDIA Web Drivers)

Thanks!

Still no luck, it's a frustrating issue. Any one experience something similar? Any ideas?

Have you updated your BIOS recently?

Try selecting KernalPm and if that's no good select AsusAICPUPM as well?

You can choose them in clover options KernelAndKextPatches.

Or search for the multiple boot entries thread? That sounds like it could be your issue?

Thank you ovb1 for your reply,

Yes, I had updated to the latest BIOS (F6).

Also,
I have already removed extra boot entries, and KernelPM and ASUSAICPUPM are already enabled.

Does anyone have any further suggestions?

Thanks VoiletDragon,

Here is my CLOVER folder from EFI with the Themes folder removed:

Thanks VoiletDragon,

Here is my CLOVER folder from EFI with the Themes folder removed:

SIP is partially disabled never a good idea. Set CsrActiveConfig to 0x67. You have a lot of garbage in drivers64UEFI remove the following, AppleImageCodec-64.efi, AppleKeyAggregator-64.efi, AppleUITheme-64.efi, FirmwareVolume-64.efi, SMCHelper-64.efi. Replace OsxAptioFix2Drv-free2000.efi with OsxAptioFixDrv also replace VBoxHfs-64.efi with HFSPlus. Download from Github. HFSPlus.efi
