Sierra Issues with Asus Z9PE-D8 WS build

Been away for a while, now trying to install Big Sur on that Asus motherboard with the e5-2680 xeons now using a 1Terabyte Samsung 860evo ssd and a AMD 4870 GPU card (pony). The motherboard have bios version 5103 as it appears that the latest version 5802 fails to function in a mackintosh , don't know why.

I need some assistance I have been working on the below configuration for a while now with no luck, the configuration is Asus z9pe-d8-ws mono 2 e5-2680 xeon, 32gb,1tbyte ssd, hd5870, firmware cversion of mono V5802, any help would be greatly appreciated... Thanks
