Sierra installation failure

So, I have posten a little her and there for tips and was recommended to start my own thread.

My system is as follows:
- ASUS Z170I Pro Gaming, Socket-1151
- HyperX Fury DDR4 2133MHz 16GB
- Intel Core i5-7600K Kaby Lake Processor
- Samsung 960 EVO 500GB M.2 PCIe SSD
- ASUS GeForce STRIX GTX 970 4GB

When I try installing the furthest I got was about 80% on the progress bar and that was with FakeCPUID where I entered skyline ID 0x00506E3

I was advised to try running verbose mode and posting pictures here.

Attached a picture of where it all stops and my config file.

Im not sure that I have done this Pike's AGDPfix correctly but what I did was edit the config.plist file and put in "board-id" to "board-ix".

Any help is appreciated.

Install 10.12.6 for Kaby Lake support.
For GTX 970 :
BIOS - Disable Integrated graphics - Set PEG as Primary
Use a digital connection - DVI or HDMI - VGA is not supported.
Boot with nv_disable=1
May need to update Clover
Install web drivers
Config.plist - Do not inject Intel or Nvidia graphics and no ig-platform-id
Config.plist - Disable SIP fully - CsrActiveConfig 0x67
Edit config.plist - NvidiaWeb = true as per Link
May need to emulate native NVRAM - Problem 6
Remove nv_disable=1 from config.plist
May need to install Lilu.kext and NvidiaGraphicsFixup.kext to /Library/Extensions
