Sierra Installation Error - Waiting on <dict ID="0"><key>IOProviderClass</key><string ID="1">IOResou

Hi Guys, I'm trying to install macOS Sierra, on my HP Pavillion G7 2016sz,

Intel Core i5 3210M
HD 4000
8 GB memory


with a SanDisk Cruzer Blade 32GB I get the error:

"Waiting on <dict ID="0"><key>IOProviderClass</key><string ID="1">IOResources</string><key>IOResourceMatch</key><string ID="2">boot-uuid-media</string></dict>"

How do fix this issue?

I did what the guide said. I'm using a pendrive with FAT32 partition (cause my BIOS are legacy, so i need use MBR). i inject the fakeid based on my video card (HD 4000). But the same screen appears.
