Hi all,
I've attempted to upgrade my existing Sierra Hackintosh to High Sierra.
My system is a single SSD with 1 Windows and 1 MacOS partition
Updated to the latest version of Clover
I copied the following latest kexts to CLOVER/kexts/Other
FakeSMB
Lilu
Whatever Green
apfs.efi (Note I think this was my big mistake)
Booted to Clover and selected the Install MacOS partition.
That installer would hang at the apple logo.
nv_disable=1 fixed that
When I booted again and selected the installer partition, the apple logo startup completed, but then my screen stayed black while the hard drive ran hard for about 15 minutes.
the machine rebooted, but this time no Mac partitions are available to Clover.
I assume part of my issue is that apfs should have been installed to CLOVER/Drivers64UEFI
Is there a way I can fix this now that I am locked out of the partition?
I've tried making a multibeast USB from my MacBook pro, but it won't let me add the High Sierra Installer as this machine has Mojave.
All your guru help much appreciated!
