Since today I'm completely over on Sierra after bricking my El Capitan setup yesterday with the Security Update 2017-003. After updating my install with an USB to Sierra all problems where gone. Even got Siri up and running on my machine :).

The only problem that occurs is that I can't restart or shutdown. When I do this the screen freezes, sometimes black, sometimes on the background of Sierra. Can't figure out what it is. In Clover Configuration I have selected FixShutdown from the ACPI tab and enabled the HaltEnabler. Both which didn't fix the problem.
I also rebuild my Kext cache with:
sudo touch /System/Library/Extensions && sudo kextcache -u /
No luck.
Did check if I had the ALXEhternet kext installed, but I don't have that one.

Please help!
