Use EFI Mounter V3 as linked in the first post.

Used Toledo's command to get sound working with my 892, but the sound will go silent for a second every once in a while. Anybody else hear this and know how to correct?

thank you so much for an easy fix, toleda. particularly appreciate how simple and easy the instructions were.

my only issue after [not sure others have it] is that there's no sound after the hackintosh wakes from sleep. it only works when I reboot it with -alc892 boot flags.

I'm on the golden master and I understand these fixes/solutions are in progress for an OS that isn't fully out until next week.

if anyone else has an idea, please jump in.

I did this fix on my sierra install. and no I cant get to the desktop I get a black screen the mo signal.. I tried booting in safe mode also same results. Is there anyway to fix this ? Ive been trying to find a way to mount the EFI partition in Windows 10 so I can copy back my plist with no luck.. any advice thanks !
