Had sound working with 10.11 files (892) but deleted them and restored original AppleHDA, ran patch and it works, thanks
Now to get rid of the annoying pop when my amp wakes up.. seems antipop doesn't work anymore? At least it doesn't for me..

Thanks Toleda, this enabled sound through the sound card as expected. For sound through HDMI, and for the first time, it works OOTB with 10.12

Weird. I can't get it working over here. I have followed the directions and posted all requested files/attachments to the other thread. (Hopefully that was where it was supposed to go).

I removed it from the other thread. I finally managed to get it working. While I did the clover install on the USB drive when I was doing the initial Sierra upgrade, I forgot to install Clover the actual HD afterwards.

Finally got sound to work in Sierra PB 2 using the guide after removing the AppleHDA kext from EFI "Other" folder. Thanks for all your work, Toleda.

Working for my set up (898) and 10.12 beta2.
Just have somethimes problems after a longer sleep time. In these cases i have to do a restart. Well 10.12 ist just beta.
